Scanners from CHESS are pre-configured and tested to work with your chosen Geller ECR or PC terminal. Here is a small selection of the many scanners stocked by us to cover all aspects of retailing from corner shop to supermarket.

GELLER SCANNER

Available as CCD or Laser, these are proven, fast and reliable at an excellent price.

Although priced at the budget end of the market they outperform similar yet more highly priced devices.

Dual-colour scan beam. Unique green spot confirms successful read.

No moving parts for increased reliability.

Enhanced CCD technlogy with high output LEDs for long-range, fast read.

Trigger-operated when hand-held. Presentation scanner capability when sitting on the included, intelligent stand.

Voyager

The Voyager is a powerful auto-trigger, single line laser barcode scanner that is equally effective as a hand held (out-of-stand) or presentation (in-stand) scanner.

A variety of connection types, such as wedge, RS232, is available.

There is also a Blue Tooth cordless version.

Quantum

Very small footprint yet powerful performance scanner. Ruggedised housing to withstand use in busy shops.

Free standing, wall or counter mounted.

Omni-directional and extremely fast. Can read barcodes at up 10" distance.

Orbit

Orbit's aggressive omni-directional scan pattern means you don't have to pay attention to the orientation of the barcode.

This can be of great value when you need to present many different barcoded products to the scanner and where the barcodes are of no specific position or direction.

Omni-directional scanners are also better at reading poorly printed, wrinkled or even torn barcodes. Small footprint and low centre of gravity.

Horizon

Horizon is a state-of-the-art in-counter (flat-bed) laser barcode scanner.

It is designed with a dense 20-line omni-directional scan pattern that helps provide fast, efficient throughput.

Horizon has IR laser activation, allowing the user to 'wake' the unit from power save or 'sleep' mode and read a barcode instantaneously.

ScanPal 2 STOCK CHECKING DATA ENTRY SCANNER

ScanPal 2 is a lightweight, portable data collection terminal.

ScanPal 2 links with Geller SuperStock and provides full stock taking functionality.

It can also be used for price checking, asset tracking, shelf-price audits and preparing shelf-edge labels.
